Miguel Sandoval
Master Plumber
At just 8 years old, he soldered a copper line beneath his house, sparking a lifelong passion for plumbing. Today, he is our Master Plumber and the driving force behind our company. We truly wouldn’t be where we are today without him.
In his free time, he enjoys taking rides in his Jeep and even faster rides on his motorcycle.
“Just like in plumbing and riding a motorcycle, when life throws you a curve, lean into it.”
Jaycie Larra
Office Admin
For the past two years, Jaycie has been the friendly voice on the phone and a vital source of support for our team. She enjoys helping customers, supporting our technicians, and ensuring every project begins with exceptional service and clear communication.
In their free time, Jaycie, Jerad, and their two daughters enjoy spending quality time together as a family.
“My goal is to provide a seamless experience for both our customers and our team.”
Chris Vargas
Journeyman
In 2005, Chris began his plumbing career as a young man looking for a meaningful path in life. He knew he wanted a career that would provide a sense of accomplishment and purpose. At the age of 20, he started as an irrigation helper, where he was introduced to plumbing. Over the past two decades, he has dedicated himself to the trade, continuously improving his skills and expanding his knowledge.
Chris is married to his soulmate, and together they have three children. They enjoy spending quality time together as a family.
“Plumbers protect the health of the nation.”

He is currently working toward earning his Master Plumber license to continue growing his knowledge and expertise in the trade.
Jerad and his wife, Jaycie, have two wonderful daughters, and he enjoys spending quality time with his family whenever he can.
“Plumbing fact: A single running toilet can waste between 4 and 5 gallons of water every minute.”
Max Knavel

Since joining the company in 2022, Max has brought an unmatched level of passion and dedication to his work. For Max, plumbing is more than a career—it’s an opportunity to solve real-world problems and make a direct impact on people’s lives.
In his free time, Max enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his wife and family.
“It’s skilled work, there’s always a demand for it, and I enjoy the combination of technical knowledge and hands-on problem-solving.”
Gabe Rocha
Journeyman
Gabe has been with us since 2022 and enjoys solving problems for our customers while giving them confidence that they are in good hands. The most rewarding part of the job for Gabe is mentoring apprentices and watching them grow into skilled plumbers who will help keep the trade alive for future generations.
Gabe and his wife, Caitlyn, recently welcomed a baby boy into their family.
“I enjoy teaching the plumbing trade, making great food, and playing golf. My favorite part of the day is coming home to my wife and son.”
Baylee Ogletree
Tradesman
Baylee began his plumbing career in 2023 because he enjoys working with his hands and saw plumbing as an opportunity to challenge himself by solving problems every day. He has continued pursuing the trade because each day brings new experiences and unique challenges.
Baylee is married to his wife, Sami, and is the proud father of a daughter and a son. In his free time, he enjoys cooking for family and friends, playing cards, and spending time with the people who matter most to him.
“I continue plumbing because it helps keep our society running by providing safe ways to drink, clean, and enjoy everyday life.”
John Sullivan
Journeyman
John has been with us for just under a year, but in that short time, he has become an invaluable asset to our company. Throughout his plumbing career, the trade has changed his life in many ways, both financially and personally, helping him grow as a husband and a father.
His wife, Jenamiah, and their daughter are the driving forces behind his dedication and purpose. Their family is also excited to welcome another addition in the near future.
“Plumbing has helped me become a better man—for myself and for my family.”
Khylar Wheeler
Tradesman
Khylar has been with us since 2023. He quickly fell in love with the fast-paced nature of the trade, the problem-solving opportunities it provides, and the sense of pride that comes from a job well done.
He is engaged to his fiancé, Kylei, and together they have a wonderful son. They are also excited to welcome their second child later this year. Whenever he has free time, Khylar enjoys spending it with his family.
“We protect the lives of every client we serve, even when that work goes unseen. I may have started plumbing to earn a paycheck, but I stayed because I’m helping protect the health and safety of every person we serve.”
Robert Gonzales
Journeyman
Robert is a veteran, and we are proud to have him on our team. After serving in the U.S. Army, he discovered his passion for plumbing in 1990. He brings decades of experience to every job and plays an important role in training our technicians.
He has been helping keep the Texas Panhandle’s plumbing systems running for over a decade, and we look forward to his continued future with the company. We also extend our sincere thanks to Robert for his military service.
“Plumbing follows the old rule: keep it simple.”
